The last two days went in much the same manner. Aiden and Alys would wake up and stay in bed for a bit, before getting ready to go to breakfast together. Alys liked to meet the pack members who ate in the dinning hall in the mornings, and slowly more and more were trickling in to meet her as well. After breakfast Aiden would either work in his office or he would have to go into the city to their main office, and Alys would go to her own office to continue her Luna studies. She had finally finished reading the files on the packs they had an alliance with and those they were on good terms with. Lilly would pop in throughout the day, making sure Alys was doing ok and to see if she had any questions.

Alys started on their pack history this morning, she was amazed by how much there was to learn still, she felt like she would be reading for months. She looked at the time and saw she only had an hour until she met her mom for lunch. Today her mom was moving into one of the cottages in the v

    David and Clary stayed for another week after the ceremony. Being that they were True Mates, chosen for each other by the goddess, David was able to mark Clary tying their souls together.     Aiden saw Alys start to get pale and knew it was time to bring her to the clearing for her first shift. He already had Thomas bring some blankets and a light t-shirt out to the clearing he picked for them to provide some comfort. He saw the other young pups gather a parent and go off towards their chosen part of the forest. Aiden looked around and made eye contact with Sara who nodded.     The morning and afternoon flew by as they spent most of it greeting the arriving Alpha’s and making sure they found their rooms to get changed and settled before the festivities in the evening. Before she knew it Alys was in Sara’s suite along with Clary and Lilly getting ready together for the ceremony. Clary was dressed in a floor length midnight blue sheath gown with quarter length lace sleeves and a v-neckline. She did her hair in a simple French twist, she looked amazing. Lilly was in a very expensive cream pant suit, but the top went down to the floor and swept back revealing the soft flowing pants underneath. It was simple yet elegant.     It was finally the morning of the ceremony. Alys couldn’t decide if she was more nervous for her first shift or the ceremony itself. She had never been one for the spotlight so the idea of speaking in front of so many people made butterflies turn in her stomach.     Alys was having a great time at the spa. When they arrived they found out that Aiden had booked the entire building just for them. First they went in to a steam room to relax and then hot showers, followed by soothing full body massages, a sushi lunch catered by her favourite restaurant, and finally finished with full manicures and pedicures. The ladies all spent the day laughing and chatting. It was nice to be able to just relax. Alys had started worrying again about her upcoming shift which would happen after the ceremony, when the moon was at its highest. Tonight it would be about 11:30pm when it reached its peak, and being May, the weather was supposed to be perfect. Two other pups were getting their wolves tonight as well as they celebrated their 18th birthdays that month. It was tradition for the shifting wolves to go to the edge of the forest for their first shift.     After the chaos of everything that happened to Alys and Aiden and the Blue Lake Pack. It felt like having the ceremony only a few weeks later was perfect timing.
