CHAPTER 9 : CONFRONTATION

* TORI'S POV *

   

I can't believe so much happened in just one day. Zach showing up at my apartment, the Samantha thing, Nathan's confrontation, skipping class, the lunch date, did I miss anything?

As the elevator was going up to our floors, the silence made me think about the things that transpired today. I was trying to recall something missing with the events that occurred. Then it hit me.

I kissed him! I thought in utter shock and horror. 

I could feel my eyes widening. It was a big deal for me since I just kissed the guy I hated most. It was hard to accept that on my part. He must think I'm trying too hard to be all flirty. More importantly, how or where did I kiss him again? I was reacting like I kissed him on the lips but as I recall; I swear, I kissed him on the cheek. A friendly gesture was what I thought, but we're not exactly just friends, are we?
