I read the text when Alpha Hemlock was sipping his own liquor. The supplies of alcohol keep coming to our table, as I make sure of it. This was one of my plans, making this b*stard lose some consciousness or just simply making him incapacitated even just a bit.

I put my smartphone back and smile at this behemoth of a man. “So, Alpha Hemlock, if I agreed to follow…”

“Cat, what the f*ck?!” Aaron tried to protest, but I look at him and gave him a stare for a while, hoping he would stay quiet for now.

“Aaron, I never know that you could be this soft towards your woman.” Teased Hemlock to Aaron.

“This is called some understanding, Alpha Hemlock, and please, call me Alpha Aaron as well.” His eyes glared at him. He was so ready to claw his face, but the other man remained calm. He thinks he was the winner here.
