NADIA'S POV

“Can you take a walk with me?” Luca asked, nodding toward the garden doors.

I sighed and nodded, following him into the night air. It was cooler outside and calmer.

We walked in silence for a moment until he stopped and turned to me, his expression different now. He looked quieter and more serious.

“Nadia,” he said softly.

“Mmm,” I hummed. My thoughts were all over the place about what happened.
