Lana couldn’t take it anymore, ebbing as she ran towards her room. It was hard for her to swallow that she was some prize. All her life she craved for attention, to be valued, to feel important. But this was not what Lana desired in any way. Leaving the pack was already in her plan, being trapped like a trophy was not in her checklist.
