Chapter 40

Francine and Azure went back to their car. The trip was a bit long, a two-hour drive back to their home. It’s in the countryside and almost a remote place. There might be houses, but far away from each other. The surroundings are getting dark, and only the light of the car gives them a vision of the road.

Francine squirmed uncomfortably in her seat, trying to hold it in, but she knew she couldn't wait any longer. "Azure, can we stop somewhere? I really need to pee," she said, her voice laced with embarrassment.

Azure looked at her sympathetically. "Yeah, of course. Let me find a spot," he said, scanning the surrounding area for a place to pull over.

Finally, he found a small clearing in the forest and pulled over. "Do you want me to come with you?" he asked, his eyes full of concern.

Francine blushed deeply, shaking her head. "No, it's okay. I can manage on my own," she said, grateful for the darkness that hid her embarrassment.
