Glancing at the clock, i saw it was ten thirty.

"I guess we should start getting ready" I say to Chloe who is sitting at the couch in her phone. She looks up at me for a moment and goes right back whatever she was doing in her phone.

Am slightly irritated by that, we should be ready by now. I don't want to be late and gove Jordan another reason to yell at me.

"So we really have to go, you can say you are not feeling okay and we can stay here instead."
