Sweet Moments

In the late afternoon, Lady Chandra and Moris met at the back of the island. In that part of the woods that was far from where anyone could observe what they were doing. With the help of the Token given by the handsome pirate to the princess, the princess can freely go in and out of the island owned by Randell.

"What is it? Show me, quick!" Lady Chandra looked excitedly at Moris. They were in a patch of thick grassy leaves. They both stood while the princess waited for what Moris wanted to show.

"Here, look." Moris removed the grassy leaves that covered the boat. A boat made of strong wood. Wood that even came from trading ships that brought this product to the state's nobility.

Moris got it little by little when he secretly paid off a small merchant. He also committed fraud in the trade of wooden plaques by smuggling them which he sold secretly or by partnering in small negotiations. Moris made an example of this.
