“We’re going to mess with those girls who beat us up, so I’ve hidden our real scent with this one, and I’ve hidden my presence,” Skye said in my mind.

“Ah, you sneaky wolf,” I laughed.

“I have my moments,” she said proudly.

“It’s a part of a plan Skye and I are brewing. We need you to pretend that your mate isn’t here with you. Just tell people that she’ll join you later,” I requested.

“You and Skye are evil, but I’m wondering how you’re able to hide your scent and wolf like that,” he said curiously.

“Uh, I think it’s one of our powers. Skye says you can do it too,” I replied.
