Ch 22 - Now You Know

I stared at the beauty entangled around me and I smiled. Angelina may be full of attitude, but she makes up for that attitude for sure. Her stamina is incredible for a she-wolf and we were at it for most of the night and morning, only sleeping at 06:38. That’s more than 11hours. I’m pretty sure she’ll be pregnant soon, without fail.
I was brought out of my thoughts by my cell phone ringing. I untangled myself from Angelina and put on my boxers before I went to answer it, staring out the window.
“Keller,” I answered.
“Hello Silas,” the voice I recognized as Dane Lewis said.
“Lewis! How can I help you?” I asked him. I have no problem with the guy.
In fact, I like him because he kept my mate safe.

SILAS“Si, there’s a package that just arrived for you. It’s from the Silver Shadow Pack,” Troy said as he walked into my office. He was with Boris, Rico, Matt, Hurley and Leo. She was still blocking me out, so I let her be.“Its information from Dane regarding Angelina’s family’s murder,” I sighed as I took the pack of files from him.He raised an eyebrow. “And?”“They were killed by rogues, but Dane says their murder was intended. We have to find out who did it, and why they did it,” I said, going through a section of the stack. The guys each grabbed a file and started going through it.“This is gruesome,” Rico commented.“What is?” I asked. He passed me the photo. It was a photo of Angelina’s family after the attack. It says in the report that she was the one to find them.
