With all these confusing and unanswerable questions there are a few people who are ready to tell you their story. This is the story of one among such people who has a tough but again, not so tough choice to take between past and present. Hope whatever choice that person takes will be near to perfect one, or at least far away from worst.

Prologue #1
“Nipuna!” I heard his voice which seems to be a little impatient, which is everyday situation, but today it seems to be more than that.
“What is it?” I asked, looking at the door from the magazine.
“You don’t know what I have found.” He replied, closing the door and walked towards me.
“Of course I don’t until you tell me, right?” I asked raising my eyebrow.
“You don’t know how important is this.” He mumbled frowning sitting beside me.
“Aahil! Will you decide to tell me what it is or will you continue to ponder on how important it is?” I asked sighing.
“Are you really going to show that attitude today?” he asked staring at me.
“Then what do you expect me to do? You went to my Dad’s place yesterday, but didn’t tell me and then started gloating about it today morning.” I replied in a pissed tone.
“You hate political talk.” He simply said like I was even stupid for being mad at him.
“He is my Dad, but you took our Daughter with you not me. Does she like this talk? No, right!” I said, glaring at him.
“Fine! The information is about your aunt.” He said shrugging and started getting up but my hand stopped him.
“What? What is the information?” I asked, pulling him back.
“You are mad at me, right?” he asked raising his eyebrow.
I stared at him for a minute and understood his intention. I shook my head saying, “I will not accept that it is my mistake too be mad at you.”
“Then I will not tell you.” He said, staring back at me.
“Fine!” I said, standing up and started walking towards the door.
“Fine? Do you even know what I am talking about?” he asked with shocked tone.
“I will just go down and tell Dad and Mom that you got the information but not telling me. Then I will even call my Dad who will do something to know about her sister, right?” I asked and turned to open the door.
“Wait! I will tell you. I can’t tell this to him directly.” He replied, rushing towards me and closed the door before I can open it.
“What is it?” I asked, feeling dread inside hearing his panic tone.
“She is no more.” He replied holding me tightly to himself.
“She… she died… she…” I couldn’t say a word properly.
“Yes! But…” he started and I immediately turned around.
“What?” I asked, staring at him.
“She has a daughter.” He replied and I immediately pushed my tears away.
“She has a Daughter? My cousin? I mean, I have a sister?” I asked frantically and he immediately nodded.
“And there is too much more.” He replied sighing.
“You have been trying for this for too many days.” I stated and he nodded.
“Okay! I am ready to listen.” I said, gripping myself and at the same time wishing I have a way to break this news to Dad.
