Chapter 23

Alpha JASON:

Beta Maxwell sneaked into where Alpha Jason was caged. In his hands were three loaves of bread, a milkshake, and a sandwich. He had bribed some Omega-3 security men who stood at the entrance of his cage so that he could give him some information about Amaya and also feed him secretly. Since that day Brian had ordered him to be imprisoned and denied food, but Maxwell would always feed him in secrecy.

Alpha Jason was in a dark, damp basement, his fur matted and his eyes tired.

Late at night, when everyone was asleep, Beta Maxwell would sneak into the basement through a crack in the wall.

"Alpha?" Beta Maxwell whispered. "Are you awake?"

The Alpha growled, recognizing Beta Maxwell's voice.

"Beta?" he asked hoarsely.

"Is Amaya awake?" He whispered just before Beta Maxwell could speak.

"Yes, she is, " Beta said, arranging the meal he brought.

"Eat before it gets cold." Beta Maxwell suggested for Alpha Jason.
