Chapter twenty eight

Emily's POV

The ride home is spent in a comfortable silence with Tyler driving slower than usual much to my preference. He winds up the window and turns the AC on full blast but that doesn't stop me as I look out the window, watching as the busy streets form into a blur of several buildings and passers by going on their day activities.

I rub my hands together, feeling the cold air from the air con envelope my body as we drive down the road.

"Are you cold?" Tyler asks as he takes his eyes off the road for a split second to look at me with concern and I nod. He turns off the AC and switches the heater on instead and within a few seconds I start to feel warm.

Few seconds later,he reaches for the radio and turns it on,then connects the bluetooth to his phone. Kiss you by OneD starts to play and I stare at Tyler in surprise. It's one of my favorite songs and I'm surprised Tyler has it on his playlist.
