Emily's POVI quickly finish up my food and clear my plates in the kitchen. I wash off the dishes and tidy up the mess Tyler made before going back to the living room.The rest of the night goes by fast. Emily's POVOut of boredom, I decide to take a short nap and by the time I wake up it's already 9:30 pm. I go downstairs to check for Tyler but he still hasn't returned. As if having heard my thoughts,the door comes open a few minutes later and Tyler walks in with a bruised face and his knuckles are extremely sore."Are you okay?" Emily's POVThe ride home is spent in a comfortable silence with Tyler driving slower than usual much to my preference. He winds up the window and turns the AC on full blast but that doesn't stop me as I look out the window, watching as the busy streets form into a blur of several buildings and passers by going on their day activities.I rub my hands together, feeling the cold air from the air con envelope my body as we drive down the road."Are you cold?" I ask as I run down the stairs in hurry over to where Tyler is standing, skipping through the pieces of broken glass scattered around the floor."Are you okay?" I ask with concern as I get to him.
