As days turned into weeks, my bulge began to become more visible and my mood swings and cravings became worse. I would wake up in the morning and the first thing I would think of doing is eating without even brushing my teeth. Sometimes I would lose interest in going to the office and other times, I would prefer to visit Alex.

The young man has gotten tired of me but who cares? It's his child and he should get ready to bear all the cross attached to becoming a father.

Today is one of those days that I don't feel like going out. I had taken my bath earlier and made to go out but suddenly lost interest in going to the office and having to see different kinds of food which might end up making me throw up. I sighed and fell back on the bed. No one ever told me that pregnancy could be this tiring. I closed my eyes as sleep suddenly took over me.

I don't know how long I slept but I felt a peck on my forehead and that made me force my eyes open. I was surprised to see Alex staring
