Wedding Day

I received compliments from each and every person, even my mother was looking at me with admiring eyes,....  well not towards me but towards her son-in-law. No doubt she liked the way he managed to surprise me and arrange all these things.

It was just a matter of time that we both were standing in front of the officials of marriage registration.

I have tightly sealed my lips from smiling because the way that the marriage officer was looking towards Sam, again and again, was so funny.  He was continuously scratching his head and adjusting his big glasses again and again and the most hilarious one was when he just pinched himself to make sure if he is not dreaming.

"Your highness! here is your marriage book. May I request you to please sign here." Both me and Sam rolled our eyes simultaneously, put our signatures,  collected our marriage certificate, and then turned around just to burst into laughter.
