Chapter 5

Queen Minerva had suggested going ghost hunt because of the silver haired Bellamy saw earlier. She was certain it was her mother since she was the last person to be seen with silver hair till she went missing. She took her sons along because when she is gone, they'll take over the kingdom and they needed to know what they were going to face in the latter years. 

  " Mother we've not seen anything for the past three hours. It's almost dark. " Sebastian complained. 

  " Don't be such a lazy ass. " Archer scoffed. 

  " Shh. I hear something. " Queen Minerva said and they both kept quiet. " I'd come out quietly if I were you." She said coldly and a strong wind blew past. She stretched her hand forth and the earth gushed out water. The queen's power had to do with the elements of earth. She could change the climate and also keep a stable climate for years. 

  " Oh auntie. You don't have to drown us to prove your point. " Arleta said as she let down the invisibility magic. 

  " Arleta? Bellamy?" She called surprised. " Did you follow us?"

  " I'm sorry mother. We were just curious. " Bellamy said putting on a sad face. 

  " Tyson?"

  " She forced me to come with her. " He bowed his head slowly. After long debate at the palace, they finally decided to go with horses but using an invisibility magic and wind. 

  " Oh what do you do with you two? You disobeyed a direct order from the queen. "

  " We're sorry. We were curious that's all. "

  " Arrgh! "

  They headed back to the castle after searching to a dead end. Bellamy went straight to Sebastian's room but met him already laying with a girl. 

  " Ahem! Sorry for interrupting." Bellamy said with a wide grin. 

   " What do you think you're doing? " Sebastian asked as hurriedly put on his shirt and the girl wore her robe before running out. 

  " This is different from the last one. What's her name? Ahh! Beatrix! This one's a bit spicy don't you think? " She asked as she sat on the bed. 

  " You're gonna enjoy it more than I do when you start having sex. I bet you'll have a different man each night. " He smirked. 

  " Eww. I can never be like you. " She pouted and he chuckled. 

  " You snuck out. " He said seriously.

  " Are you going to lecture me again? "

  " You know it's dangerous. Mother didn't let you come with us because she had her reasons. "

  " What about my reasons? I want to see things too, Bastian. All my life, I've been locked up in this castle. I can't even go to school. I can't even go out with friends. I don't even have friends. And now that I finally have control, she won't let me go out with my family. "

  " Bell, the queen only wants to protect you. "

  " If locking me up is what you call protection, then I don't want it. I'll always be safe. She is being paranoid. "

  " We're all being paranoid. But you are our only sister. We can't let any harm come to you. " He said and she sighed. 

  " I'm sorry. I would not try anything hasty again. " 

  " I talked to mother. She'll let us go outside fully as from tomorrow. "

  " What? Really? "

  " Yes. It's a family tradition actually which was supposed to take place when we were fifteen but since you.... "

  " Had no control of my magic. We couldn't do it. Outside like live a normal life? "

  " Yes. We have to sow our royal oats before we're fully sworn in as protectors of the realm." 

  " So what country would you like to go? " 

  " A country where royals don't need to be respected. "

  " The United States! Oh it would be a dream come through. We're finally leaving this world behind. "

  " For a while. But we'd better enjoy it while it lasts. " He said and they stuck hands together.

  TWO WEEKS LATER. 

 NEW YORK CITY, THE UNITED STATES. 

  The royals had arrived about a week ago. Although leaving their kingdom behind in jeopardy was hard, they had to do it in order to get prepared for the harsh realities of life and fulfill all their dreams. With the demons coming back soon, God knows if they'll be able to do it if they didn't take this chance. Arleta was sad to see them leave but she had to endure it because she had the faith that they would return. Tyson was the only who followed them from Crusta. 

  " Good morning sunshine. Rise and shine, it's a beautiful day. " Sebastian said loudly as he raising the curtains making Bellamy to squeeze her eyes. 

  " What time is it?" She grumbled.

  " Five."

  " What? You woke me up at five?"

  " Yes. It's almost eight silly and you my dear friend is going to late for school. " Sebastian winked. 

  " School?" 

  " Big brother had us registered in thus private university. " 

  " Why do we need a university? " 

  " Because we need to fit in. We can't sit here and do nothing but watch. We'll miss the fun. " 

  " Arrgh! I'm so tired. "

  " Young lady better get your ass into that bathroom before I come help you do it. " Archer said as he walked into the room. 

  " I hate you! Wait is Tyson going with us?"

  " Well of course he's your sworn protector after all. " Archer said and left the room with Sebastian."

  " I hate you! "

  The streets were juggling with different events. People were laughing, some were making out in the corners, some fighting, some eating but the most beautiful thing that caught the twins eyes were the students who were filing into school one by one. 

  Bellamy came out of the car with the boys and she stared at the beauty of the school. It was so different from schools in Crusta. It had beautiful tall buildings and beautiful gardens. Students of various statues, races and sanity were all trooping in. 

  " So different." Bellamy muttered.

  " We're in the territory of the humans now. Everything is different." Sebastian said.

  " Do you have any idea where we're supposed to be? " Tyson asked.

  " Archer said to head to the vice chancellor's office. " Sebastian said.

  " Well how do we know where it is? "

  " We could ask around." 

  " Yeah, we could. " 

  " Hey, could you please direct us to VC's office? " Bellamy asked a girl who was passing by.

  " Two buildings to your left." The girl said and she smiled. 

  " Thanks. " 

  " That was easy. "

  " Why wouldn't it? She was probably trying to get your attention." Bellamy winked at Sebastian. 

  " No way! " He giggled. 

  ...

  " This is where you'll be holding your first meeting." The ex manager said as he stopped at the front of the conference room. Archer had been offered a job to be the new MD of the company since the manager was being posted to another country. The manager was a middle aged man probably in his late forties. 

  " Thanks for showing me around and teaching me." Archer said.

  " You don't have to worry about it. I'll be here for three monte days and I'll teach all you need to know about the company and it's staff. " The manager said.

  " Thank you Mr Ryan. " 

  " Please call me Ryan." He chuckled as they walked back to the office. 

  ..

  " That lecture was so boring." Bellamy exhaled after the class of four hours came to an end. 

  " I'd rather say it was quite interesting. The professor might seem a little bit tacky. " Tyson said.

  " I'm hungry. I'll meet you later. " Sebastian said when a girl walked past. 

  " Don't do anything stupid." Bellamy eyed him and he chuckled. 

  " Do stupid things is my signature." He winked and walked away.

  " Your.... " 

  " Don't even think about it. I thought we talked about this." 

  " I'm so sorry, Bellamy. Do you need something to drink? " 

  " Yes. Something hot. " She said and he left and came back few minutes later with two cups of coffee. " It's not hot enough. " She pouted.

  " I'm sorry. It might gotten cold on my way. " 

  " I'll just heat it up. " 

  " Are you crazy? You can't use your powers here? " Sebastian said behind them.

  " Thought you said you were hungry? " Bellamy scoffed.

  " Girl had bad breath. " He shrugged." Bellamy, you don't ever use your powers in public. We're not in the royal palace of Crusta anymore. "

  " Argh! "

  " Either you take your coffee that way or you leave it. " He smirked and walked away. 

  " You can have it, Tyson. I'm not interested. " She said and he willingly took the cup from her. 

  " Well, well, well, what do we have here?" A girl who dressed half naked said as she blew her bubble gum but no one paid attention to her. " I guess I'm talking to ghosts now. How about I make you dumb?"

  " How about you take your little ass back to where it belongs coz it clearly doesn't belong here. " Bellamy snapped. 

  " Did you just talk back at me?" She asked. 

  " Yes I did. Are you some god or something?"

  " You dare talk back at me! Me! I'm the president's girlfriend. "

  " Well aren't you shameless? " Bellamy mocked. 

  " Isn't it too early for your troubles Bianca? Leave the new students alone. " A girl with blonde hair said as she walked towards them. 

  " You don't want to be involved in this." 

  " As a matter of fact I do. Being the president's girlfriend doesn't mean you have to march around school and step on every toe you see. "

  " You have got some guts, Flora. "

  "I'm glad you think so. Someone needs to do something about you in this school anyway. " 

  " You just crossed a line Flora, I won't be nice next time. " 

  " I don't want you to. " Flora said daringly and Bianca scoffed before walking away. 

  " Sorry about that. I'm Flora by the way." She said with a smile. 

  " Bellamy. This is my friend Tyson. " 

  " Nice to meet you. She's rather arrogant. "

  " I noticed. Is she really the president's girlfriend? " She asked. 

  " Was. He broke up with her while they were still in high school but she still parades herself as his girlfriend. " 

  " Oh president? As in president of the school? "

  " Yeah. "

  " I see. So who's his girlfriend now? "

  " I don't think he has one. She hurt pretty bad. " Flora shrugged. " Well I'll catch you later. The students board have an impromptu meeting so we'll talk later. "

  " Later. " She smiled. 

  " She's cute. Isn't she? " Bellamy asked Tyson when he's was gone. 

  " She is but my eyes are on someone else. "

  " Really? Do tell. "

  " I'm sorry but it's a secret for now. "

  " Do spill it soon. I wanna see who this special girl is. "

  " You will soon. " Tyson said and smiled inwardly. 

  " What did I miss? " Sebastian asked. He was holding a box of pizza. 

  " Nothing much. We have another class one hour from now. " Bellamy said. 

  " Whatever. I met a girl. "

  " You always meet girls. "

  " No this one's special. She has everything I need. She's bold, blonde, beautiful, sexy, name it. "

  " Well I wish you good luck, sex freak. "

  " Hey I'm not a sex freak. I haven't sex since we got here. "

  " That's because you haven't gone out since we got here. This is your first time going out. I suppose you already have a girl you're going to lay tonight. "

  " No. I told you I've met a special girl. "

  " I'll be watching. "
