Chapter 25: A Hero

"Zuerien?", She called.

And without wasting time, she hugged him. She hugged because she was finally seeing him. She hugged him because there was a shoulder to cry on that moment. She hugged because if she didn't, she could probably pass out. As she hugged, she cried.

"I killed him. I'm going to jail for sure. I didn't mean to", she said to Zuerien as he rubbed circles on her back. 

"Aurora, calm down. Shh!"

"I'm a killer. I deserve to be killed too."

Zuerien pulled away from the hug and placed his hands on both sides of her face. "Nothing will happen to you. Look at him. He is still breathing. We can still save him. Let's get him to the hospital."

Aurora looked towards the man and indeed he was still breathing but not clearly.
