Valentino’s POV

I drove for what felt like hours until I finally neared the address. I looked at my rearview mirror and saw Luis and Romero trailing behind me. I parked a few blocks away, with Luis and Romero parking a few yards back. The street was filled with abandoned houses, most of them falling apart.

I pulled out my gun from my waistband, along with the hidden knives I've kept underneath my clothes. I kept them in the glove box as I exited the car. I know that what I'm doing is putting myself and possibly Luke in danger, but I have to take the chance. I made my way to the house where the address points.

It was less run down compared to the other homes. I walked up to the porch, keeping my guard up. I raised my hand and knocked on the door twice. The door opened, revealing Vic on the other side with a smug look on his face. I wanted to kill him right then and there. He ushers me inside before peeking his head out of the door to check if someone followed me.
