Luke had been busy all morning preparing for a meeting. Even though he was the CEO and could outline some of the things, he never did that. In fact, he was the one who would put in extra effort and make sure the contracts went through smoothly. Right now, he is in the process of signing a fresh contract with some new clients.
When the client was about to sign the contract, everyone heard a commotion outside the conference room. Since the door was closed, they only heard the muffled voice. Luke turned to Madeleine and signaled her to check what was happening outside. She nodded her head and immediately went towards the door.
Before Madeleine could step out and speak, Alan, one of the fired employees, shouted, "Where is Luke Sawyer? We want to talk to him."

Next day early morning, Adam had taken a fresh shower and got into his neat clothes.
