I was in my deep slumber, only to get startled by the piercing noise of my phone. Fluttering my eyes open and turning my head to my side, the ringtone rang in my ears, waking up my senses as I lifted my head to peer at the screen. As soon as I lifted my heavy head, it began to throb, as I gritted my teeth from the pain. I shut my eyes close again and winced in torment once my hangover dawned on me. Alongside the effect of the alcohol from last night was the continuous buzzing of my phone.
