Elara spent the morning doing her old duties as Luna.

She sat in the large sitting room arranging flowers for the pack dinner. Her hands moved automatically... trimming stems, placing white roses into crystal vases... but her mind felt foggy. Lucan had told her this was her normal routine. That she had always done this.

Sera was there too, lounging on a nearby couch like she belonged. Lucan’s concubine watched Elara with a smug little smile, flipping through a book without really reading it.

  • Queen Of Two Packs: Broken Luna   The Strange Urge To Run

When Elara woke up, she did not remember her dream. She knew she had dreamt because she woke up with warm tears running down her face, but she could not understand why she was crying. She was drowning in the unbearable feeling that she was living someone else’s life.Elara stood near the bedroom window staring out at the NightLight forests while rain poured softly outside. She felt trapped inside her own mind.Every time she tried remembering something deeper, the pain came back. Sharp enough to make her knees weak. And lately...Lucan had been watching her too closely.Like he noticed the cracks forming. The bedroom door opened quietly behind her.Elara stiffened instantly.Lucan walked inside carrying two glasses of dark wine before setting them down near the fireplace.“You disappeared after dinner,” he said calmly.Elara looked away quickly. “I was tired.”Lucan studied her silently for a long moment before walking toward her slowly. He was wearing only a robe, his eyes dark with

Lucan’s concubine watched Elara with a smug little smile, flipping through a book without really reading it.“You look tired, Luna,” Sera said sweetly. “Did you not sleep well again?”Elara didn’t answer. Something about Sera’s voice made her chest tighten with discomfort. Deja vu hit her, like she had lived this exact moment before. She tried to focus on the flowers, but flashes kept coming. She tried to put all her mind and thoughts into the work she was doing, just so she would stop feeling uncomfortable, but it only got worse. She stood silently near the long dining tables arranging white flowers in

  • Queen Of Two Packs: Broken Luna   Dark Magic And Fake Dreams

Elara woke up slowly, her head throbbing with a dull, heavy pain. She blinked against the soft lighting, confused. The ceiling looked familiar. Too familiar. The scent in the air, lavender, made her stomach twist. This was her old room.In the Night Light Pack house. She sat up quickly, heart racing. The same bed. The same curtains. The same vanity table where she used to sit and try to look perfect for Lucan.No. This couldn’t be real.Lucan was sitting in a chair beside the bed, watching her with a gentle, concerned expression.“Easy, my love,” he said softly, leaning forward. “You had a bad dream again.”Elara stared at him, her mind spinning. Something felt deeply wrong. Her body ached like she had been running for hours, but she couldn’t remember why.“I… what happened?” she whispered.Lucan reached out and took her hand, stroking it tenderly. “You’ve been having these strange nightmares for weeks now. You keep thinking you left me. That you ran away to some mountain with another

  • Queen Of Two Packs: Broken Luna   Why Monsters Feared Him

Riven knew something was wrong the second he arrived at the eastern forest border.Nothing felt right. The guards standing near the cliffs looked tense, confused, and slightly terrified now that he was physically there in front of them instead of communicating through the pack link.Good. They should be terrified.Because if this turned out to be a waste of his fucking time.“Alpha,” one of the wolves greeted quickly, lowering his head. “We tracked Zara’s scent here, but then it suddenly disappeared.”Riven’s silver eyes narrowed dangerously."Disappeared? That is impossible."“Alpha,” the Beta said quickly, looking confused. “There’s no sign of her. We’ve searched the entire area. She was never here.”Even weakened scents left traces. Especially for wolves.Riven stepped forward slowly, scanning the dark forest around them. Then he turned towards the beta again."First you let her escape right from underneath your nose and now you've called me out again to be a witness to your incomp

  • Queen Of Two Packs: Broken Luna   A Trap For Elara, A Betrayal For Riven

Elara sat cross-legged near the fireplace wearing one of Riven’s oversized black shirts while reading through one of the ancient wolf books her mother had brought earlier that day. Well... “reading” was a generous word. She was mostly staring at the same paragraph repeatedly while thinking about Riven upstairs.Specifically, Riven shirtless. Riven smirking. Riven pinning her against walls. Riven’s voice inside her head.Very educational thoughts.“You’re thinking loudly again.”Elara gasped softly when Riven’s deep voice slid through the bond suddenly.Heat instantly crawled up her face.“I hate this bond,” she muttered aloud.A low chuckle echoed through her mind. “No, you don’t.”Elara rolled her eyes dramatically just as Riven finally walked downstairs dressed entirely in black training clothes. His silver eyes immediately found her.And goddess... That male looked unfairly good all the damn time. The mating bond purred warmly between them.Riven walked toward her slowly before le

  • Queen Of Two Packs: Broken Luna   A Deadly Betrayal

“I told you I would.” Zara stepped closer, her eyes wild with determination. “I’m done playing games. I want this finished.”Morgana tilted her head. “Lucan is very interested in your offer. But he wants to be sure you’re committed.”Zara laughed bitterly. “Committed? I just escaped house arrest. I betrayed my own father and pack. I have nothing left to lose.”A dark mist suddenly appeared beside Morgana. The mist thickened and formed into a glowing image — Lucan’s face. He looked furious, but there was a hungry glint in his eyes.“Well,” Lucan drawled lazily. “Riven’s little admirer.”Zara’s jaw tightened immediately. “I’m not here for insults.”Lucan smirked slowly. “No? Then this should be entertaining.”He walked through the shrubs and grasses on the ground toward her casually “Tell me,” Lucan continued calmly, “did Riven finally grow tired of pretending not to notice your pathetic obsession? I may not know a lot about your pack, but I know enough to understand you were the most
