The sun seeped through the window of the room where Elena was sleeping and her face twitched, slowly she opened her eyes and sat straight on the large bed in the middle of the room.

She looked around wondering where Damon was and stood up to check the bathroom but he was not there. “Maybe he’s downstairs” Elena thought to herself and was about to go downstairs when the door to the room opened.

“Oh you’re awake, good morning” Damon said as he entered the room with a smile on his face. “Good morning” Elena said back and gave him a quick peck on the lips before she headed to the bathroom.

“Did you sleep well?” Damon asked her while she picked up her toothbrush and put paste on it. “It was nice since you were beside me” Elena replied and winked at him flirtatiously. She noticed his cheeks turned a bit red through the mirror in the bathroom and chuckled.

“Alpha Damon, did you just blush or am I dreaming?” Elena said playfully with a surprised look on her face and they both chuckled
