I can't do it anymore, I can't hold on any longer. My fingers are numb from all the clutching I have to do. I am so small for this huge wolf. His back is enormous, I can't wrap my hands halfway around him. I can't let go either because I would fall down and hurt myself badly. The paths they are taking are rocky and hilly, the wolf has to maneuver, I am holding on so tightly to fur, to make matters worse, my eyes and whole face are covered in a smelly sack. I am glad I don't have my wolf senses with me because it would have been horrible to smell it all the way.

It's like moon goddess hears my ranting because the wolf comes to a halt immediately. I just hope we have arrived to wherever they were taking me. After a short while, the wolf drops me on the ground. I can tell it's on command because he hesitates for a while before doing it.
