Every other student was busy in the cafeteria having lunch, but here she was, reading and not touching a meal. Although her stomach grumbled in hunger, she just had to stay still. His chilly look still frightened her; if she took a step, she would be bullied and end up like always—either injured or hospitalized. She was just fifteen years old, studying among older wolves. It wasn't easy. The mocking gazes from others and Logan's bullying were enough to crush her. "Look who we have here; if it isn't the lowly omega," Tiffany said, her hands folded under her breasts and a smirk on her lips. She was Logan's toy and essentially known as the next Luna, the girl he had been with the longest. "Please, I don't want trouble," Snow muttered, and Tiffany laughed before glaring at her. "Did she just order me?" she asked her friends, Valerie and Rose. "She did," Valerie replied, and Snow bit her bottom lip, her hands trembling from fear and her gaze fixed on the dusty floor. "I didn't mean that," she muttered softly, her voice barely a whisper. "We should teach her a lesson. What do you think, Luna?" Rose added, her gaze shimmering and awaiting an answer from Tiffany. "Hmmm, no fun," she stated. Tiffany, being all mighty about herself, made others address her as Luna; after all, she was the only girl in Logan's life—the Alpha's son. "Hey, omega!" Tiffany yelled, and Snow trembled, sweat trickling down her face, her lips sealed together. "Go get me an espresso, and it better be outside of school. I don’t care if you sneak out; just don’t get caught. If you do, it’ll be ten times the pain you’ll receive when you get back," Tiffany warned, flashing a smile at Snow. A smile that sent shivers down her spine. "Okay," she murmured and stood up to her feet, her legs rushing out of the library. She could practically feel her heart beating with fear and paranoia. Snow didn't want to hurt anyone; she basically liked keeping to herself and hardly ever told her parents how she was bullied at school. "You have fifteen minutes!" Valerie yelled, and Snow's eyes widened. Fifteen minutes was too little for an average wolf like her, especially when she was wolf-less yet. Snow knew she had to sneak out of the school and use her savings to pay for the espresso. She walked to the school's back gate, her steps gentle and quiet so as not to attract anyone's attention. Her movements were smooth and sly; this wasn't her first time sneaking out. Tiffany had basically made her a stealth dog who sneaked out. She was usually lucky, as no one would catch her, but this time, luck wasn't on Snow's side. "What are you doing?" Imogen asked, her gaze fixed on Snow's extended leg and a furrowed, knowing brow on her face. "Nothing," Snow muttered, her voice barely a whisper and her hands entwined. Imogen's gaze roamed around Snow; she had seen this girl being bullied by Logan and his disgusting girlfriend. She noticed the mark on her neck, and a frown settled on her face. "Who hit you?" she asked, and Snow froze, her thoughts trailing back to weeks ago when Logan had thrown a book at her, the scar still visible on her neck. It had hurt, but being good at hiding her feelings, she kept it a secret; it still hurt to this day. She didn't say a word, trying to evade the question. Imogen frowned; she had guessed it was Logan, the alpha's son who took joy in bullying others, especially Snow. She was little and timid, tended to let others get on her nerves, not saying a word while taking unfair treatment and still smiling. She had always disliked Logan, especially because of his bullying nature. She kept wondering when they would ever grow up from their bullying ways. Imogen gritted her teeth and clenched her fists. She had watched Snow take thousands of hits and had saved her many times, but those bullies were still the same. She was going to end things here, even if it meant making Tiffany lose her teeth. "Don't go anywhere," Imogen said, and Snow nodded her head in agreement, as she didn't want to sneak out anyway. However, the thought of Imogen's next move invaded her mind. "Where are you heading?" she asked, her tone soft and shy. "Just stay out of sight, no matter what," Imogen added, walking away. Her words piqued Snow's interest, and she heaved a sigh; she just didn't want any issues. Imogen walked into the library, feeling the intense gazes of the girls on her; they had thought she was someone else. Tiffany rolled her eyes upon sighting Imogen, the troublemaker who always found a way to disrespect her and Logan; she was an annoying rebel. "What is it this time?" Tiffany said lazily, and Imogen crossed her arms. "Haven't you had enough?" she questioned, and Tiffany yawned before glaring at her. "Five minutes to talk; I won’t listen to your nonsense for long," she stated, making Valerie and Rose smirk. "Wipe that smirk off your faces, puppets," Imogen shot back, and both girls frowned. She turned her gaze to Tiffany. "It's enough that you've had your fun; let the omega be," she half-yelled, and Tiffany frowned. She stood up from her seat and approached Imogen. "You should talk to your Luna with respect, or should I humble you?" she warned, and Imogen chuckled softly. "We have a Luna, and that’s surely not you. You know what? Logan's going to dump you like every other girl, and when he does, I will be the first to laugh in your face." She stated and Tiffany frowned. She raised her hand in the air to slap Imogen but her hands were caught midway. "Fake Luna mind who you want to touch, I will fucking break your hands" Imogen warned and Tiffany gritted her teeth in anger. She would make this bitch beg for mercy, and she would make Logan help her with that, after all having power was really good especially when it comes to being with the Alpha son. Snow patiently waits for Imogen to arrive, hearing loud heavy footsteps behind her. "Imog....... Her words cut short, as her eyes trembled slightly on sighting the figure staring at her. Her hand slumped in fright and shock. His hand gently patted her hair, tenderly.*******She flashed him a smile, and the gate opened right after.“Luna Lyra is expecting you, hurry,” a female said as they both rushed into the house.“What’s wrong?” the female asked again as Lyra walked toward her. "The flowers?” she asked, and she handed to her.“Everyone leave,” Lyra said, her tone unsteady and filled with something ominous—a bad feeling. The door closed behind everyone as they filed out, including the Alpha rogue, who had fear written all over his face.“What happened?” Zach, the warrior leader, asked. A female stepped forward.“The princess… she just started convulsing. It was wild—everyone panicked,” she said, then glanced nervously toward the closed door.“I heard Luna Lyra is good at healing. Is that true?” she asked, but Zach’s eyes dimmed. It was a secret only their pack knew, Lyra had the healing touch. It was something kept hidden from other packs. She was extraordinary, but her daughter? She was beyond that—so
"I found it! The flower is here!" ************ The female plucked the flower and packed it into her pouch, her gaze fixed on it. It was unlike any she'd seen before—its purple hue sparkled, and the veins on its leaves were mesmerizing. "Let's go," the warrior leader said. She placed her hand in his, and he pulled her up gently. He had jumped into the hole after her, his gaze sweeping around the cave, searching for a way out. His eyes darkened. His wolf had taken control, and he sighted a light—it was coming from outside the cave. "We should leave," he muttered. The female nodded and followed him, stepping cautiously through the rocky terrain. She stepped on a stone and almost slipped, but in that instant, his hand gripped her shirt, steadying her. She thanked him, and they continued. Though it was still afternoon, the sky was already darkening. They had to hurry. There was a small hole—just large enough to fit her, but not him. "You're not going to fit. We have to go togethe
“I trust her,” her human form—Akira—whispered back.************The Alpha rogue's eyes widened with hope. Her eyes shimmered—something he hadn’t seen in a long time.“You made her eyes glow,” he said, and Lyra turned to him, confused by his words. She hadn’t noticed the change in the wolf’s gaze.“She looks normal to me,” Lyra replied, but the Alpha rogue smiled faintly. He turned to approach his daughter. But her eyes darkened instantly. Her feral nature returned in a flash and she nearly lost control. She swiped her claw in the air, ready to strike the Alpha rogue’s chest—but Lyra was faster. She grabbed the wolf’s limb and frowned.“Stay away from her until the Wolfsbane Bloom arrives,” she ordered firmly.“She’s my daughter,” the Alpha rogue growled.“Come any closer, and she’s dead,” Lyra warned, her voice sharp. “She can’t move. She’ll bleed out too much.”His expression softened, and he slowly stepped back.“Please… save her,” he finally said, his voice thick with sorrow and e
“Yes, but first—I need that leaf.”******The Alpha rogue hesitated for a second. His daughter's life was on the line. Since the Luna was confident in her healing remedy, maybe he could trust her. He needed his daughter alive and well.Only then could she take over the pack when he was gone. He wanted her to find her mate, have children, and live a full, happy life. That was all he ever wished for. He wanted to see her smile and cry in his arms like she used to. He wanted to make her happy again.“Okay. I trust you. Let nothing happen to her… or you will bear the consequences,” he said at last. His voice was calm, but there was a dangerous edge to it—a warning not to fail.Lyra turned to her lead warrior. “I need you to find the Wolfsbane Bloom flower. It’s different from regular wolfsbane. It’s also purple, but its features are entirely unique. Be careful and gentle when picking the leaves.” She paused and looked at the Alpha rogue. “Do you have anyone skilled in herbs, flowers, and
It was like a flower garden paradise.***************They finally stopped in front of a house. The building was large, with flowering vines crawling up its walls, gigantic, yet warm and homey.“This way,” a female muttered, and Luna Lyra walked in. Her men followed after her.A clean, neat bed waited inside, and the injured wolf was laid down gently. It howled in pain the moment it touched the bed, eyes filled with suffering as it stared at Luna. The Alpha rogue glared at the warrior who had injured his daughter.“Why hasn’t she transformed back into her human form?” Lyra asked, and the Alpha’s eyes darkened with sorrow.“It’s a long story,” he replied. He didn’t want to talk about it, but Lyra needed to understand the girl’s condition to help her.“I need to know. It’s the only way I can heal her,” Lyra pressed, and the Alpha’s gaze dimmed.“If you’re a spy or traitor, I will hunt you down and destroy you,” he growled.Lyra’s eyes softened. She understood his fear, that someone migh
Swish!“ARGHHHHH!”*************The only way to Mood Silver Pack was through the woods. Lyra couldn’t use her car, as the paths weren’t road-friendly.The hiss of a female wolf echoed in the air, but Lyra didn’t flinch. The old-fashioned carriage moved slowly into the forest. The ride was so bumpy she nearly vomited, but she held it in. Her mate had sent elite, well-trained warriors to guard her along the journey. The sky darkened quickly, and they needed to rest, find a safe spot before the clouds let loose.Rogues lurked in these woods, especially those cast out from their packs. Many had gone wild, living like untamed wolves.Their humanity? Gone. Killed, murdered, or buried deep beneath vengeance and the hunger for flesh. Only primal instincts remained in their eyes.A distant howl echoed, and the warriors tensed.
