16. Tragedy

Liliana’s POV

“It sounds like she has two healthy pups.” Mummo smiles while looking up at the ceiling when we hear Raven’s cries stop only to hear her babies.

“Good, I can’t imagine how exhausted she must be.” I smile at Aiden, laying back on the lounge with him in my lap.

“Birthing two, I can only imagine.” Karen speaks making me nod, when I see her shake her head.

“Raven is strong, exhausted now, but strong.” I admit, staring at my son as he leans forward and hugs my belly.
