The Agpalza residence is located in an opulent subdivision complex with a zip code reserved just for them, and with lot sizes only old money can afford. The house stands halfway up a rolling hillside on two acres of land, it’s walled area smack dab in the middle and taking up half the space of the said property.

And with the mansion taking up only 25,000 square feet within the gated area, that meant the grounds have about the same amount of space, the pool complex included. Imagine trying to search all that while in the dark!
