Chapter 10 Why are you here?

Darren POV:

Before getting in the car, I paused and looked at Ailina.

Every time I came to the Wilson’s before when I left, Ailina always told me to be careful on the way back home, reluctant to part from me.

However, today even after waiting for so long, she didn’t say anything and just stood far away and looked at me to get in the car. There is not even a smile on her face.

Because of this, I felt a little lost in my heart.

“Girls need to be coaxed. Take some time to buy a gift for Ailina. Today she is indeed wrong!” Mom said, patting my hand.

I nodded. However, today when I looked at Ailina I felt that she is different from before, I can’t tell what different is.

Ailina’s POV:

I was about to go inside when I suddenly saw a familiar figure on the side of the road and I went blank because of fear.

He was the man I slept with.

I ran to the man standing not far away. “What are you doing here?” I asked.

The man didn’t say anything and looked at me for a while. Then, he finally opened his thin lips saying, “I am waiting for a friend.”

Thinking about today’s photos incident and this man here, I couldn’t help but think, ‘Weren’t they made by Susan, but this pimp? Did he want money?’

Thinking that I couldn’t help but grit my teeth. “Do you know who I am?”

The man thought for a moment, then nodded, “Yes.”

Hearing his words, my heart is filled with irritation.

Just as I was about to say something, suddenly my eyes fell on Ellie, who was coming out of the house. Seeing her, I pulled the man and hid behind a black Maybach next to me.

“Let’s go.” the man in front of me spoke, walked into the car, and sat in the back seat.

Rican’s POV:

I didn’t expect to meet Ailina here after what happened several days ago. I thought she would go to Manger Andy, but I didn’t expect this girl to be the same as other women.

I didn’t know who she was before, but after that day I investigated her thoroughly.

I was looking at the documents in my hands, when James suddenly spoke, “Third master, do you know that girl? She had been chasing out car.”

Hearing his words, I looked back and saw Ailina hobbling and seemed to be walking towards the side of the road.

“Stop the car.” I said.

“Third master, do you know her?” James asked in surprise.
