Claire stared into Sebastian’s eyes smugly, gloating about her victory. But then suddenly, a slow smile bloomed on his face, making her stiffen. As she stared into his mesmerizing green eyes, Claire suddenly noticed their compromising position. Feeling her cheeks warm, she leaped away from him, her gaze landing on anyone but her mate, who was watching her with amusement.

Claire looked around at the people who were staring at her gob smacked and regained her composure.

“Well, I defeated Alpha Sebastian too. Now, does anyone have any doubts about my qualification to lead warriors?”

why do the characters in this story continuously and repeatedly do the stupidest things? this is the most aggravating annoying story.
