Claude’s POV It still feels like a dream. Claude’s POV As I stepped into my house I heaved a breath and looked around. “Seems like nothing changed” I said to Ria who grunted in reply. “Sweetie, what are you doing back by this time?” I heard my mum's voice and froze, not wanting to turn back to see her face. She walked up to me and held my hands waiting for my response but I couldn’t seem to say a word. She was like the mum I had before they disowned me. So bubbly and happy. And I know that she doesn’t even remember anything from my previous life but I still feel upset about it. “Won’t you answer?” She asked, still looking at me, which made me snap out of my thoughts. “Oh I have notes of the class so there was no need attending it” I lied and saw her frown. “Your teacher just called me before you came in. Why are you lying and you are acting weird” she said and I laughed. “Don’t be so tense, mom. You know she doesn’t like me so she is just trying to make you angry with me” I smiled at her and made her sit on the couch.

Claude’s POV Continuation…. “So you mean Victoria put a spell on Denver to make him think that I was cheating on him with his best friend?” Claude asks her wolf, Ria, who nodded in response. She couldn’t believe that someone could do something so cruel just because she loves my mate. My mate for that matter. “Claude are you okay? Or should I get Denver for you because you seem to not remember me” Eric asked coming slowly to me. “I don’t remember him Ria what should I do now” I asked Ria feeling guilty and nervous because it seems like we were really close due to the concern in his eyes. “Just act normal and relieve that he saved you from those bunch of werewolves” Ria says and went back to her cage. I looked up at him and saw that he looks clean and he finally wore a clothe but just boxers. Claude’s POV “How did you know I was here if you weren’t casted upon by a spell?” I asked him and he stopped dead in his tracks and turned around. “Is there need to ask silly questions like that? You heard just now that there is a probability that the Blod Moon Pavk could be under attack so let him go there now” Victoria says and my parents nod their heads in agreement. I looked at Denver and wished that although everyone is the same as my previous life at least he should believe this once and find out that Victoria did all this. He sighs and walks up to me. I closed my eyes waiting for the impact of a slap or something on my face. After what seemed like hours I slowly opened my eyes and saw him looking at me amusely and I think I saw a glint of love in his eyes. I looked down and surprisingly he pulled me for a hug and whispered. “I believe you so don’t worry too much when I am back from my pack we will talk about all this”. Author’s POV Although Claude successfully made today's issue clear, she still knew that there would be more challenges on the way in her life and it may be harder than her previous life. Denver finished applying the ointment to the wound on her leg and he looked up at her. “Thank you for stopping me from killing Eric because I would have regretted it after finding out that a spell was also cast upon him”. Denver says with his eyes full of love and fear for Claude. “Why do you always look like you are afraid of losing me? It’s not like I am dying anytime soon” Claude told him jokingly and laughed expecting him to join her but he looked broken and she stopped. “Maybe in my previous life, I lost someone I really loved” Denver mumbles under his breath but she caught on to it and frowned. He wrapped his one hand through this hair kissing him back. Pulling away from the kiss, he made me sit up. Taking off my top he threw it somewhere. He eyes my body and then comes down sucking on my chest. His hands then went to the back, unclasping my bra then he took my breast and started massaging my left breast with his hand sucking on my neck. Once again she failed in making Denver understand that Claude is not good for him.She knows that they have been childhood friends before she even came into the picture but he hasn’t even looked at her in a mature way before.He just places his hands on her shoulder every fucking time like she is his little sis and it is so annoying every time he does that.Victoria thought as she walked alone in the forest where they had all left her once again.
