The Chase And Stephen's Identity

As Stephen plummeted toward the ground, a menacing smile was etched on his lips. Despite falling from that height, it seemed as though he was not worried about the incoming death. “Such beautiful fools they are,” he chuckled as he closed his eyes.

“Stephen!” Levian who was startled by Stephen's unexpected maneuver, rushed to the edge of the shattered window. He watched in disbelief as the man extended his arms, spreading them wide.

“Checkmate!” Stephen grinned as a parachute opened when he pulled the ripcord from it. Although it did not provide him with a completely safe landing, it was more than enough for him to break his fall so that he could land without his skulls scattering on the ground.
