When they walked out of the hall, Sherry spotted Andreas leaning against a tree, smoking lazily. The moment the guests began exiting, he flicked the butt to the ground and crushed it beneath his heel before casually walking up to the first couple.

“Have a safe trip back to your villa, Mr.Aeloria,” he said with a polite nod to the man rushing out with his wife clinging to his arm.

Aeloria didn’t respond. He slipped into the car without a word, and the bodyguard assigned to him started the engine, speeding off into the night.

Andreas turned to the couple approaching him. “I hope you had an amazing night, High Chancellor Jorik Valrmon,” he smiled, extending his hand towards Levian.

Levian took it and gave it a firm shake. “It’s all thanks to your preparation.”

His brows lifted slightly when he felt something rigid pressed between their palms, rigid and metallic.

He glanced at Andreas, who only smiled and withdrew his hand. “Well then, goodbye. I’ll see you on the other side of the sea.”
