Three years ago

For the past three weeks, things have been going on well with Susan and I although I know that it won't remain that way if I don't grant her request. She have been hounding me to take her to my parents, but knowing how my mom isn't in support of the wedding and how my dad always listens to my mum, things isn't going to go smoothly if they see her. I told her to continue the wedding plan that we will send them invitation when the cards are ready but she bluntly refused.

"Are you even listening to me Gabriel?" Gabby who have been talking my ear off ever since I sat down on this chair to have lunch with her. "Do you know how difficult it is to narrate someone? It's just like drawing and you not listening to me is just like tearing an artist almost finished work then tell him to start again. It's frustrating Gabriel!"

Taking a sip of my wine, I began to ask myself why I even agreed to do lunch with her "sorry my mind went off for a little bit. What were yo
