Chapter 101 — The Night of Silence

Nora’s POV

The room was so still that I could hear my own heartbeat. The moonlight slipped through the window, casting a faint glow over the bed. I lay there with my back to Axel, pretending to be asleep, but my eyes were wide open. My chest felt heavy, like something was pressing down on it.

I didn’t want to talk. Not tonight. Not after everything.

His parents had come earlier with fake smiles and sweet words. They brought gifts and apologies, said they were sorry for how they’d treated me, said they wanted peace. But deep down, I knew something wasn’t right. They had never shown kindness without reason. And when they mentioned Selene coming to live with us, my heart almost stopped.

How could they even think of that?

I wanted to scream, to cry, but I just smiled politely, pretending everything was fine. Pretending I believed them.

Now, lying here, the pain I had buried all day began to rise again. I turned my face to the wall, hugging myself tightly

  • Rejected And Reborn   Jealousy

Chapter 138 - Jealousy Selene’s POVDefeat tastes like poison. It burns in my throat, in my pride, in every breath I take.I can still see the way he looked at her , that pitiful girl , standing in front of the whole pack, defending her like she was some kind of goddess. He shouted for her. Protected her.And me? The one who stood by him, who planned his every victory, who smiled through every council meeting? I was left humiliated in front of everyone. The great Alpha chose a slave.I clenched my hands so tightly my nails bit into my skin. No, I wouldn’t accept that. I couldn’t.I didn’t care how much he loved her — I would burn that love to ashes before I let her stand beside him as Luna. When the night fell, I wrapped a cloak around my shoulders and walked quietly through the side passage of the pack house. The guards didn’t question me. They still bowed, still believed I held some power over the Alpha. And I did — not power from love, but from what I knew. From what I could do.

  • Rejected And Reborn   Manipulate

Chapter 147 : ManipulateHer POV Everything was already fragile , my mind, my heart, the balance of the pack. But I never thought it could crumble this fast.Selene stood in the middle of the pack hall, her voice sharp and poisonous, dripping with fake sorrow. “Our Alpha has lost his mind,” she said loudly, turning to face the elders who had gathered. “He has chosen a slave, a weak, tainted girl, over his duty, over his people!”Her words cut deep, but not because of their truth. They hurt because I could feel the hatred behind them ,the hatred aimed at the woman I loved.“She isn’t weak,” I growled, my voice echoing across the hall. I didn’t even try to hide the anger that burned in me. “She’s stronger than any of you ever were.”Selene laughed softly, the sound cold and cruel. “Stronger? You’ve gone blind, Axel. You’ve let a prisoner — a girl who once scrubbed floors and begged for scraps — cloud your judgment. How do you expect the pack to follow a leader who can’t even control hi

  • Rejected And Reborn   Missed Moment

Chapter 136 : Missed I felt his arms around me, tight, unyielding, like he never wanted to let go. I wanted to push myself away at first, my mind screamed at me to stay strong, to remember all the pain, the lies, the nights I had spent crying over him. But my body… my body betrayed me. I rested my head against his chest, feeling the steady thrum of his heartbeat.“I’m so sorry,” he whispered, voice raw and broken. “I’m so sorry for everything, Nora. For hurting you, for letting you go… for everything.”I stayed quiet, tears spilling down my cheeks. I wanted to believe him, I wanted to feel the comfort of his words, but a part of me still screamed that trusting him fully was dangerous. I had been burned too many times.“I missed you every single day,” he continued, almost desperate, pressing his forehead against mine. “I cried when I thought I lost you forever. Every night… every moment, I kept thinking about you. I kept thinking… maybe I don’t deserve you, maybe you’d never forgive

  • Rejected And Reborn   He smelled her

Chapter 135His POV I had been sitting alone in the yard for hours, maybe longer. I couldn’t eat. I couldn’t drink. My body ached, my chest burned, and my mind refused to stop replaying her face — the pain in her eyes, the tears she had shed because of me. I had been lost, drowning in guilt, punishing myself every second for everything I had done to her.And then… I smelled her. Faint. So faint, but unmistakable. Her scent cut through the night air, sharp and clear, calling to something deep inside me — my wolf, my heart, everything that I thought I had lost. My body reacted before my mind even understood. Tension shot through me. My chest tightened, my stomach churned, and a strange heat pooled inside me. I couldn’t ignore it. I could feel her — her presence, her fear, her hesitation — and I knew it wasn’t just my imagination.I stood slowly, shaking, unsure if my eyes were playing tricks on me. And then I saw her. A figure at the edge of the yard, almost blending with the shadows.

  • Rejected And Reborn   The Mutual Feeling

Chapter 134 : The mutual Feeling Nora’s POVI shouldn’t have come.I knew it the moment my feet left Mira’s hut. Her words echoed in my mind. “Don’t go back, child. It will only hurt more. You cannot cut a bond by running, but you can weaken it by forgiving — not for him, for yourself.”I told myself I wasn’t going back for him. Not for Axel. I wasn’t going back to face that wolf, that man who had hurt me so badly. I wasn’t going back to the pack that had turned their back on me.But the pull… the pull was stronger than all my anger, stronger than all my pride.Every step I took toward his territory felt like walking on ice. My chest burned, my legs ached, my heart thumped like it wanted to leap out of my body. Every fiber of my being screamed at me to stop, to turn back, to stay safe. But I couldn’t.I had to see him. Just once. Just to know he was alive. The forest whispered around me as I moved, the trees tall and shadowed, the path dim under the pale moonlight. I wrapped my cloa

  • Rejected And Reborn   She misses Him

Chapter 132- She misses Him Nora’s POVIt has been days since I left the pack.Maybe weeks.I stopped counting after the first few nights.Mira’s hut is warm, safe, and quiet — the complete opposite of what my life used to be. She’s kind to me, treats my wounds, feeds me, and tells me to rest. But no matter how much soup she gives me, no matter how much I sleep, my chest still hurts.I tell myself I’m fine.I tell myself I’m free. But sometimes… it feels like I left half of myself behind. At night, when the moonlight slips through the cracks of the window, I hear his voice. Soft, broken, calling my name.“Nora…”It sounds so real that I often wake up, gasping, my hand clutching my chest. My heart burns as if someone has tied a rope around it and keeps pulling, pulling, pulling…I whisper to myself, “It’s just the bond. It’s not real.”But it feels real. Too real.Mira always knows when the pain comes. She sits beside me, her wrinkled hand resting gently on mine.“Still feeling it?” s
