As Caspian walked closer to the place I was tied, I managed to recollect all of those sweet memories we spent together before he ended up being a traitor. He used to be my boyfriend. We dated back then in high school while I had Theodore as a bestie. I honestly thought he would become my mate someday but turned out he was a traitor. He was caught by Father when he tried to steal the wolf tooth. And as always, he denied attempting to steal it. Claiming he was framed. I guess he's better off than Theodore. "Long time no see, Theodore!" I could hear Caspian speaking to Theodore after glaring at me for what seemed like ages. "Everything seemed to have change in this pack. But I'm not interested in them! Instead, I had come here to purchase my Slave. I will do that and leave right away!" "And who told you that you can buy Sai?" Theodore attacked Caspian with such harsh words. Even though I was weak, I could still see that HATRED for Caspian, in Theodore's eyes. "It's of no use trying to speak with you, Caspian!" Theodore added, snarling heavily at Caspian. "Just get your ass off here the same way you came!" As Theodore lashed out his anger on Caspian, he put his hands in his pocket and grinned at him. Rumors has it that after he was exiled from our pack, his demon blood activated and became strong. so, he was able to build his own pack. But what is he doing here? To buy me? "I will just pretend like nothing happened, Theodore!" Caspian said, his voice low and authoritative. "Just take the goddamn money and hand that girl over to me!" He completed, pointing his fingers at him. Theodore reached out for Caspian's shoulder, pulling his collar angrily. "I am the Alpha of this Pack, Caspian. And the said girl is my slave. I have the right to offer her to whoever I want but definitely not you, Caspian!" "Even though she is a slave, I can't have her sold to a traitor like you. You're not just a traitor but a weak Demon. How can you even afford to take care of her...." IANNN! Caspian pushed Theodore's hand off his body. As Theodore fell to the other side, Caspian wanted to use his Demon teeth to attack him but held himself back. What he hated the most is someone calling him a weakling. Especially calling his Demon ability FAKE. "Don't think of messing with me, Theodore. I have what it takes to bring you and your whole pack down. The worst thing anyone can do is under rate the power of a Hybrid Alpha..." "And do you think I don't have what it also take to kill you!" Theodore jumped up from his unstable posture, bringing out the sacred Wolf Tooth. "I have this!" He pointed the wolf tooth at Caspian. "With just a stab, you will poisoned and that stupid Demon blood of yours can't cure you..." "ENOUGH!" The greedy witch finally spoke up. "This is auction which nobody is deprived of having any participation. That is to say that all the Alpha and Alpha Kings are entitled to buy this wretched woman. In that case, Caspian here is not limited to participating. If he wants to have Sai, he may go on. But that is if he has the cash..." "You can't do that, Beatrice...." "Of course, I can do that!" Beatrice said, cutting off Theodore's words. She walked out from her Magic box, walking closer to Theodore and Caspian. "I understand how much you despise Caspian here. I as well, despise him so much. But I am sure you understand the amount of money at risk here! $100 billion! I can't risk that, and I'm sure you can't as well..." Then she turned to me and spoke with her tongue. "You can't have mercy on her. She is nothing but a cursed Wolfless fool! She doesn't matter so why are you fighting for her?" At this point, Theodore shut his mouth. I think the witch already has her way. This is the same method she use for my Dad and Father would always agree to whatever she says. And now, she used it on Theodore. "So, everyone..." She increased her tone, smiling confidently at them all. "The Demon wants to have our little princess at $100 billion. Is there anyone of you who objects to that?" Everywhere was quiet. Nobody said a thing. As the entire background rained with silence, Caspian smiled. "Okay then. The bidding has come to an end and Sai is now going to Alpha Caspian of Star Moon Pack at a bid of $100 Billion. Going once, going twice... Gone!" She said and immediately, the thorny whip came at my back again! "ugggh!" I groaned once more. But this time around, as weak as ever. "You're sold already, My dear lovely sister!" The whipper said, and that voice. It was familiar. LOLA. "I bet you would need this last whip from me, Sai. This should tell you that I hate you and also for stealing Theodore away from me..." She said and raised her hand to flog me. I closed my eyes, so as not to feel the pain so much but surprisingly, the whip didn't land on my body. It hung on the air. I managed to look up to see who had saved me. Just then, I saw Caspian holding the thorny whip so tight! Blood puffed out from his hand but he didn't show if it was excruciating or not. As Caspian held the whip tightly, Lola trembled. "She is now my property. I am the only person who is permitted to punish her, not you!" He left the grip and rushed down to me. Seeing him, I couldn't control that smile from coming out from my face. "Cas...Cas... Caspian!" I muttered weakly. "You came!" "I am here, Sai. And I have come to protect you! I will help you get back at them and make them suffer for all they have done, Okay?"
{The Doctor’s POV}Hearing what this woman had just said, my mind went blank—then spiraled into chaos. Is she really going to kill me?Is she actually going to end my life? Just like that?Even after all the truth I had confessed to her?I shook my head, my body trembling uncontrollably with fear. Every part of me wanted to believe this was some horrible nightmare.Everything I had said, every word that escaped my lips, had been for one reason only—to leave this place alive and go back to my wife. For years now, she’s been in police custody, trapped because of the debts we owed. The only way to get her back was to pay off every last cent. That was why I agreed to Ivy’s plan in the first place. I wanted the money—yes—but not for greed. I wanted it to save my wife’s life. And then, out of nowhere, Lola kidnapped me. She forced me into this dark corner, demanding I tell the truth or die.But dying was the last thing on my list.I can’t die. Not yet.Because I have a wife. And I have two
{The Doctor’s POV}In response to what the Luna had just asked, I nodded, my eyes bulging wide with fear.I didn’t know what to say anymore. I thought I had the courage—I thought I had the heart to speak the truth—but the fear of Sai was already living rent-free in my head. My mind was a mess. I couldn’t think straight, and before I could gather my thoughts, the Luna’s voice broke through, loud and chaotic.“I won’t ask you this damn question again!” she thundered. “This is your last chance to tell me the truth. If you don’t, you’ll die right here!”I shook my head quickly, trying to speak, but she didn’t let me.“Tell me, Doctor!” she roared, straightening up as her voice echoed through the room. “Was it Sai who told you to ruin my mother’s face, or was it someone else? You can lie to yourself all you want, but you can never—never—lie to me!”Her glare burned into my soul as she stretched her hand to the side. One of her men immediately handed her a gun. She pointed it straight at my
{The Doctor’s POV}Immediately after I said that, I noticed the Luna’s eyes slowly returning to normal. It was as if she was forcing herself to control the rage that had consumed her moments ago. That desperate fire in her gaze—the one that screamed her desire to kill me—was fading away.My heart thumped hard as I kept my eyes on her. She began walking toward me, her steps slow but deliberate. The deadly hunger in her eyes softened, replaced by something else—an urgency. An urgency to know the truth. To finally hear the thing her heart had been yearning for all these years. And before I could even blink, she was already in front of me.Her hand shot out and clamped tightly around my neck. I froze. She leaned closer, her voice dangerously calm as she spoke.“Alright then. You managed to earn yourself a soft spot from my anger. Good job. Well done.”She smiled faintly, but her smile didn’t bring comfort—it sent chills crawling down my spine.“But this thing you just said…” she continued
{The Doctor’s POV}Immediately after saying this, she forced my mouth open wider and slid the burning candle between my lips.My eyes shut instinctively as I prayed—desperately—that nothing worse would happen. But my prayers went unanswered.A drop of hot, melting wax landed on my tongue. It was the candle wax.“Orughhhhhhhhh!” I tried to scream, but the sound barely escaped. My voice was trapped—muffled by the pain and the thick, bubbling saliva that filled my mouth. The scorching heat spread across my tongue, burning through every nerve. But my suffering didn’t matter to Lola. She pressed my mouth open even tighter, forcing my jaw wider as more drops of molten wax fell inside. Each drop felt like fire, searing through my tongue and throat. I tried to twist away, to shake my head, to scream—but her grip was too strong. My whole body shook violently under the pain.Still, she didn’t stop.More wax.More pain.More of her laughter echoing above my muffled cries.I wanted to confess at
{The Doctor’s POV}She stepped outside for a brief moment, brushing her hair back as she exhaled slowly. Then, turning to face me, she said with a bitter smile,“I knew you were stubborn, Doctor. But I never realized you were this stubborn. I mean, I never knew you could be stubborn to the point where you’d need physical pressure before finally confessing the truth!”My lips trembled. My body was drenched in sweat as I tried to make sense of everything unraveling before me.“What do you mean by that, My Luna?” I asked, my voice cracking under the weight of fear. She let out a sharp laugh. “I gave you several chances to do this the easy way, Doctor. But what path did you choose? You chose the tormenting one.”Her eyes glinted with cold amusement as she stepped closer. “And you should know by now the type of person I am, shouldn’t you? I’m not someone who gives up easily on the things she cherishes. That includes the truth… and the love of my life—Theodore!”Her tone softened slightly w
{The Doctor's POV}The gun was pointed directly at my head.My body was present in the room, but my mind had long drifted into the void of fear. Paralysis took over me—my hands trembled, my lips quivered, and my legs shook uncontrollably. I was no longer thinking straight. Panic had swallowed every ounce of logic I had left.Still, somehow, amidst the chaos in my head, I found the strength to speak.“My Luna… I’m telling you the truth. I don’t know anything about the Keloid Scarring X, and I swear on my life—I wasn’t sent to ruin your mother’s face...”Her voice came back cold and sharp, like the edge of a dagger laced with venom.“So you’re fucking with me, am I right?” she said quietly, the calmness in her tone more terrifying than if she had screamed.I shook my head desperately. “I am not fucking with you, My Luna. I don’t know anything about—”She cut me off mid-sentence, her tone rising with fury as she jabbed her finger toward a briefcase in the corner of the room.“So what on
