~Sai
As Caspian walked closer to the place I was tied, I managed to recollect all of those sweet memories we spent together before he ended up being a traitor. He used to be my boyfriend. We dated back then in high school while I had Theodore as a bestie. I honestly thought he would become my mate someday but turned out he was a traitor. He was caught by Father when he tried to steal the wolf tooth. And as always, he denied attempting to steal it. Claiming he was framed. I guess he's better off than Theodore. "Long time no see, Theodore!" I could hear Caspian speaking to Theodore after glaring at me for what seemed like ages. "Everything seemed to have change in this pack. But I'm not interested in them! Instead, I had come here to purchase my Slave. I will do that and leave right away!" "And who told you that you can buy Sai?" Theodore attacked Caspian with such harsh words. Even though I was weak, I could still see that HATRED for Caspian, in Theodore's eyes. "It's of no use trying to speak with you, Caspian!" Theodore added, snarling heavily at Caspian. "Just get your ass off here the same way you came!" As Theodore lashed out his anger on Caspian, he put his hands in his pocket and grinned at him. Rumors has it that after he was exiled from our pack, his demon blood activated and became strong. so, he was able to build his own pack. But what is he doing here? To buy me? "I will just pretend like nothing happened, Theodore!" Caspian said, his voice low and authoritative. "Just take the goddamn money and hand that girl over to me!" He completed, pointing his fingers at him. Theodore reached out for Caspian's shoulder, pulling his collar angrily. "I am the Alpha of this Pack, Caspian. And the said girl is my slave. I have the right to offer her to whoever I want but definitely not you, Caspian!" "Even though she is a slave, I can't have her sold to a traitor like you. You're not just a traitor but a weak Demon. How can you even afford to take care of her...." IANNN! Caspian pushed Theodore's hand off his body. As Theodore fell to the other side, Caspian wanted to use his Demon teeth to attack him but held himself back. What he hated the most is someone calling him a weakling. Especially calling his Demon ability FAKE. "Don't think of messing with me, Theodore. I have what it takes to bring you and your whole pack down. The worst thing anyone can do is under rate the power of a Hybrid Alpha..." "And do you think I don't have what it also take to kill you!" Theodore jumped up from his unstable posture, bringing out the sacred Wolf Tooth. "I have this!" He pointed the wolf tooth at Caspian. "With just a stab, you will poisoned and that stupid Demon blood of yours can't cure you..." "ENOUGH!" The greedy witch finally spoke up. "This is auction which nobody is deprived of having any participation. That is to say that all the Alpha and Alpha Kings are entitled to buy this wretched woman. In that case, Caspian here is not limited to participating. If he wants to have Sai, he may go on. But that is if he has the cash..." "You can't do that, Beatrice...." "Of course, I can do that!" Beatrice said, cutting off Theodore's words. She walked out from her Magic box, walking closer to Theodore and Caspian. "I understand how much you despise Caspian here. I as well, despise him so much. But I am sure you understand the amount of money at risk here! $100 billion! I can't risk that, and I'm sure you can't as well..." Then she turned to me and spoke with her tongue. "You can't have mercy on her. She is nothing but a cursed Wolfless fool! She doesn't matter so why are you fighting for her?" At this point, Theodore shut his mouth. I think the witch already has her way. This is the same method she use for my Dad and Father would always agree to whatever she says. And now, she used it on Theodore. "So, everyone..." She increased her tone, smiling confidently at them all. "The Demon wants to have our little princess at $100 billion. Is there anyone of you who objects to that?" Everywhere was quiet. Nobody said a thing. As the entire background rained with silence, Caspian smiled. "Okay then. The bidding has come to an end and Sai is now going to Alpha Caspian of Star Moon Pack at a bid of $100 Billion. Going once, going twice... Gone!" She said and immediately, the thorny whip came at my back again! "ugggh!" I groaned once more. But this time around, as weak as ever. "You're sold already, My dear lovely sister!" The whipper said, and that voice. It was familiar. LOLA. "I bet you would need this last whip from me, Sai. This should tell you that I hate you and also for stealing Theodore away from me..." She said and raised her hand to flog me. I closed my eyes, so as not to feel the pain so much but surprisingly, the whip didn't land on my body. It hung on the air. I managed to look up to see who had saved me. Just then, I saw Caspian holding the thorny whip so tight! Blood puffed out from his hand but he didn't show if it was excruciating or not. As Caspian held the whip tightly, Lola trembled. "She is now my property. I am the only person who is permitted to punish her, not you!" He left the grip and rushed down to me. Seeing him, I couldn't control that smile from coming out from my face. "Cas...Cas... Caspian!" I muttered weakly. "You came!" "I am here, Sai. And I have come to protect you! I will help you get back at them and make them suffer for all they have done, Okay?"{Lola}After Theodore left me on that bed, I lay there, tears streaming, my mind replaying the times we used to share. The days when everything seemed perfect. The moments we laughed, touched, and held each other close.Never once had Theodore raised his hand against me. We’d been together even before he broke up with Sai. He loves me—or at least he did. And I loved him too. But now, I don’t know anymore. That love, that attraction I once felt burning between us… I can’t tell if it still exists. Because the man standing in front of me these days is not the Theodore I married. He’s different. He’s a stranger. My fingers twisted into the duvet, gripping tightly as his words echoed in my head.“One more word against Sai, and I will make you regret it for the rest of your life!”The memory lit a fire in me. My chest heaved. My anger burned hotter with every second.I’m losing him. He’s slipping through my fingers. And not to just any woman—But to her.Sai?That worthless orphan? The same
~SaiThe moment I stepped out of my car, I walked with purpose into the hospital, heels striking the tiled floor in a steady rhythm. My destination was clear—the doctor’s office. When I pushed the door open, the doctor immediately rose from his chair and came toward me, his expression eager.“Welcome, Miss Ray,” he greeted warmly.I gave him a cool smile and moved to the chair opposite his desk. Once I reached it, I set the heavy suitcase down on the polished surface, the sound of it hitting the desk making his eyes flicker with greed.“Here you go, Doctor,” I said smoothly. His fingers trailed across the surface of the case, almost caressing it, before he gave me another smile.“Please, have a seat. I’ll get you something to drink—”“You don’t have to stress yourself, Doc,” I cut him off sharply, crossing one leg over the other as I leaned back in the chair. “You know very well the only thing I want to drink right now is the tears of the Kaiser household. If you want to entertain me,
[Theodore’s POV]Lola’s eyes were still fixed on me, burning with a kind of fury that demanded an answer. Her nose flared, her hands clenched tight, and her gaze held me like claws digging into my skin, as if she was ready to tear apart whatever word I dared to say next.“Come on, Theodore!” she snapped, her voice sharp and vibrating with anger. “Why are you quiet? Why aren’t you answering me? Are you scared I’ll find out the truth? You’re supposed to be a man, aren’t you? You’re the Alpha, aren’t you? Then prove it! Tell me what’s really going on inside you. Tell me what you feel!”Her words were fire, yet I refused to give her the satisfaction of a response. Silence was my shield, but the longer I held it, the more dangerous she became. With a sudden snarl, Lola grabbed my shirt and yanked me toward her. Her eyes had turned red, the playful spark gone, replaced by something darker, something twisted. Her lips curved into a cold sneer.“Look into my eyes, Theodore,” she hissed, her v
[Theodore’s POV]I have to admit... this was the first time I ever raised my hand against a woman. And that woman happened to be Lola.Even after slapping her, I didn’t feel an ounce of regret. Nothing tugged at my conscience. Maybe something’s wrong with me. Or maybe... I’m finally seeing things for what they truly are.I don’t even know when it started, but lately, something about Sai keeps gnawing at my mind. They all call her names. They spread stories, rumors, accusations. But deep down, I don’t feel any of it is true. Not saying I’ve fallen for Sai, no. It’s not that. But ever since the day she was stripped in front of everyone, something changed inside me. I remember standing there, watching. I wanted to run to her, cover her with my jacket. But Caspian got there first. And again at the mall—I had planned to buy her that necklace. I wanted to offer peace, ask if we could talk things out.But everything backfired. And now, here I am.Lola planned to kill her.No remorse. No guil
[Theodore’s POV]I couldn’t hold it in. The rage clawed at my chest the moment I heard the truth—Lola had cut the chandelier rope, and she did it to kill Sai.My fists clenched on their own. The anger felt raw, open, exposed. I couldn’t contain it, and if I did, I’d explode. So I let it out—on her.Zayden's voice echoed in my mind, low and sharp through our bond.I told you, didn’t I? I told you Lola cut the rope. Her wolf couldn’t hide it. I connected with her wolf!I didn’t reply. My jaw clenched tighter. I kept my mouth shut, too aware that if I spoke, I might lash out at him too. I couldn’t risk that—not now.By the time I got to the car, Zayden was already waiting. One look at me and he instantly mirrored my fury.“Are we attacking Lola?” he snapped. “She and her wolf went the extra mile!”I started the engine, eyes flicking coldly toward him. “Can you just keep quiet for once?” I barked. “I need to think, okay?!”My voice cracked like a whip. My glowing eyes dimmed as Zayden shr
~SaiI locked eyes with Theodore—and without hesitation—I shoved his hand off me like it was poison. My glare burned into him.“Don’t you ever think of touching me, Theodore!” I snapped, voice sharp as broken glass. “You’ve lost every right to lay a finger on me, let alone speak to me in that tone.”He didn’t blink. He just stood there, frozen and brooding, his eyes filled with something darker than rage—betrayal. But I didn’t care. I wasn’t afraid of him. I wasn’t afraid of anyone anymore, and certainly not the man who once tore my soul apart. He let out a slow, shaky breath, trying to rein in the storm brewing inside him.“I know exactly what you're after, Sai,” he said, his voice laced with tightly restrained fury. “You’re desperate for revenge. That’s why you pushed Beatrice into the chandelier… wasn’t it?”I let out a scoff, tilting my head at him. “Oh, you saw that?” I asked, eyes narrowing, my voice taunting. “I didn’t realize you were watching when I pushed Beatrice.
