Kira's POV

“ Boyfriend?” I asked, a response a little bit startling.

I was moved from Crystal’s to Viktor who was smiling broadly.

“Yes, I am his girlfriend.” Crystal affirmed looking at Viktor with a loving gaze.

I don't know what it was, but I think I heard my heart shatter and my wolf howl in disappointment. I mean Viktor and I have no romantic relationship but I was not expecting him to have a girlfriend.

How could I stay with a man who is in a relationship?

“Crystal, how many times have I told you to stop with your jokes? People might misunderstand.” Viktor said, pinching her cheeks gently.

They looked like a loving couple but Viktor's words were kind of contradicting what Crystal said.

“Well, Crystal is just a friend but I don't know why she keeps saying she is my girlfriend, people often misunderstand.”
