Dress Up For Dinner

Selene's POV.

Evening came by quicker than I expected and I suddenly started to feel bored in Alpha Damon’s room.

So I grab a book from the shelf and read the inscription on it. It was a Greek mythology book and I didn't hesitate to start reading it.

Soon, a knock came hard on the door and I turned to it, dropping the book as I headed for the door.

"Who's it?" I asked, silently praying that it wasn't Noir. God knows I couldn't deal with her twice in a day. But instead, the voice sounded like an older woman behind the door.

"I'm Susan Miss, the housekeeper." She said as I heaved a sigh of relief and quickly opened up the door immediately. I unlocked the door, pulling it open to see an older woman with long darker hair with gray eyes. She gasped when she saw me as she walked into the room, then took my face in hers.

I was surprised by her weird behavior but I said nothing as she looked me in the eye closely.
