I stopped struggling.

For the first time in a minute I took a deep breath. I couldn't feel, not understand what Damon had just said.

Unimaginable pain filled me and I couldn't process it, but it created a deep hole in my heart.

A tear finally crept out of my face.

Another tear rolled down my cheeks as the image of us together in the few moments we've been together flashed across my eyes.
