Lola Bennett’s pov I knew who he was talking to on the phone. First, he got a mind link and then he decided to make this call. The smile on his face was priceless while talking to her. It was the same smile he used to offer me when we were together. Though he was not loud enough, I could hear him. We all could hear him. “Yeah. I’m in a meeting,” “Hey. Hey, Rayna. I’ll never be busy for you!” He had told her. The pack Omega was becoming something precious for the Lycan King. The same man who was my fated mate and I was stupid enough to reject him.
