Going to murder someone

A loud crashing of ceramic dishes resounded inside the kitchen. A young maid hurriedly picked up the broken pieces and some of the sharp edges penetrated her fingers. 

"I am terribly sorry about this!" The maid named Jannet cried. 

"It's alright, please be careful next time," Aunt Margretta comforted her, but she was in tears. What if the young miss heard of this?! She will lose her job! Her last resort!

Aunt Margretta knelt down to help her pick up the broken white plates. The young made was indeed touched by the helping hand. 

"It's only been a few months since you joined and it's normal to make mistakes. I was in a worse state when I first came here with my mother," Aunt Margaretta comforted her. She was just a twelve-year-old girl when she had served as the maid. 

Margaretta and Catherine had little age difference, and they were pretty good friends. But, after that incident, Catherine began resenting everyone..
