FREDDIE'S POV

I watched her for a moment, my eyes tracing the curve of her smile. “Could you kiss me like this in public?” I asked, my voice low, teasing.

Her cheeks flushed, her eyes sparkling like stars that could be found in the sky, “Maybe,” she whispered. Then, before I could respond, she stepped closer and pressed herself against me.

The heat of her body ignited something in me. I didn’t hesitate. My hands went to her waist, holding her tight. She sighed softly, melting into my grip.

“You don’t know what you’re doing to me,” I murmured, my lips brushing hers.

“I think I do,” she breathed. Her hands slid up to my shoulders, gripping me like she wanted to stay stable.

My lips claimed hers fully this time. The world around us disappeared. The soft brush of her tongue against mine made my pulse race. I tilted my head, deepening the kiss, and she responded instantly, wrapping her arms around my neck.
