CHLOE'S POV

I took a closer look at the strip in my hand for a bit too long, having purchased it from a nearby pharmacy with $2 from my tote bag. I got home just in time, dashing into the restroom to run a quick test on myself.

In the restroom where I sat to pee in the water closet, I got up, leaning over to collect my urine sample with the test strip. The result was going to take a few minutes, so I headed back into my bedroom to wait. While waiting with my back leaning against the wall, Linda disrupted my private moment by barging in without giving my door a hard knock. The test strip in my hold dropped to the floor at once, but before she could catch a glimpse of it, I had already picked it up to hide from her view.

“Hey sissy! My top lawyer with a long list of achievements, a ton of degrees, awards, and so many credits. What's up? And just so you know, I wish to be like you when I grow up.” She sounded like one on cloud nine, giving me a shout-out like she always does.
