Lulu

“Finally remembered me, did you?”

Her voice was light but sharp enough to slice the air. I turned, and standing before Alpha Caspian was a woman with jet-black hair, dusky skin, and an aura that made every hair on my neck stand on end.

Alpha Caspian chuckled as he walked towards her.

“I’ve been busy, Niobe.”

“Busy, my arse,” she replied dryly. “Probably busy playing around with some foolish girl.”

I let out a quiet huff. Judging by how relaxed Caspian looked, they must’ve been quite close—

  • Revenge of Flame Luna   Hesitation

DorianWe spent bloody hours hunched over the map, yet no matter how many conditions and traps I explained, Caspian still refused to trust me.I practically talked myself hoarse pointing out every possible ambush spot, and that water wolf still showed me zero sympathy.I folded my grey cloak carefully, making sure the existence-concealing spell woven into the fabric stayed dormant.“We’ll take a break first,” the Alpha wolf ordered.Caspian sat down at last, though his eyes never left me, staring as if I were a ticking bomb ready to explode at any second. The bastard never lowered his guard, not even after Lulu had told him everything she saw in my memories. The bathroom door creaked open, cutting through the suffocating silence.Lulu stepped out wearing her coat. She looked exhausted, worry still etched across her face after learning Elder Ruth had been the one behind the theft of her heart.“I need to head to the market at the foot of the hill,” Lulu said, adjusting the cloth bag on

  • Revenge of Flame Luna   The Alliance They Never Wanted

LuluThe dull grey cloak Dorian wore seemed to melt into the shadows of the corridor, a magical artefact designed to suppress his presence from the sharp senses of werewolves.I walked beside him, still trying to process all the fragments of memory that had crashed into my mind back in the forest. The man beside me was no longer just the feared “Blood Architect.” He was the man who used to carry me in his arms when I was little, who let me call him ‘Father’ when my real father wasn’t there, and the man willing to throw himself back into darkness just to delay the prophecy of my death.I glanced at his cloak. The fabric looked familiar, almost identical to the protective cloaks Elaria had given us.“That cloak,” I broke the awkward silence. “It works exactly like mine. Did you get it from Elaria?”Dorian tilted his head slightly, his hood hiding most of his pale face. “Elaria? No. I bought it from a water sorcerer at Luminara Coast a few months ago. Young lad talked far too quickly for

  • Revenge of Flame Luna   Fragments From the Past

LuluMy grip around Dorian’s neck loosened completely when my mother’s name, Mary Ann, left his lips with a longing so painfully deep. I stared at him in disbelief; the man branded by the Order as a ruthless fugitive and the “Blood Architect” had just admitted that he loved my mother.“You’re lying,” I hissed, even though my heart was beating strangely.“Touch my hand, Lulu. See for yourself,” he whispered hoarsely.“How do you know I can see the past?”“Niobe.”Of course. That answer alone confirmed it. They were both double agents if Dorian really was on my side. After his confession, my thoughts felt stuck in one place. My mother’s past had been filled with conflict and sacrifice. Somehow, I’d become the centre of a whirlpool that dragged every problem into it.Whether I wanted to or not, I believed him. This was still leading me towards the answer I’d been searching for.The moment his pale fingers touched my skin, the air around us suddenly turned static. His world slowed down, a

  • Revenge of Flame Luna   He Love Her

LuluCaspian never made empty threats. The thick Alpha aura still lingered in the air of the inn room. He always became ridiculously overprotective whenever Scott was involved.Honestly, I was annoyed by that commanding Alpha tone of his. My body felt too heavy to even imagine defying him, even if it was only sneaking past the border wall of the Emerald Earth territory. There was nothing else I could do except feed the firewood into the fireplace and read a book while waiting for him to come back. After spending an hour buried in Bibbi the Hunchback Wolf, my eyes finally started to ache. I closed the book and walked towards the tightly shut window.Down below, only a few werewolves in plain clothes could be seen carrying axes towards the forest.Winter would soon arrive in Emerald Earth. My wolf senses picked up the scent of pine trees more strongly than the damp bushes covered in morning dew.“Stay here, Lulu,” I muttered, mimicking his order. “If only I could have a tone like yours,

  • Revenge of Flame Luna   Dorian

LuluMy heart hammered in my chest, a burning sensation spreading all the way to my fingertips. The shouting outside the inn about Dorian’s presence triggered something strange in my mother’s heart.I stood frozen by the window, gripping the wooden frame so tightly my knuckles turned white.“They mentioned Dorian, Alpha. We need to find out about him,” I murmured, more to myself than to anyone else.Caspian stepped closer while I kept staring at the commotion outside, where the wolf hunters were gathered, talking over one another. The scent of sea and pine; masculine and grounding wrapped around my senses, both comforting and suffocating. His large hand landed on my shoulder, turning me to face him. His gaze was sharp, radiating an authority that couldn’t be argued with.“You stay here, Lulu,” Caspian ordered. His Alpha tone washed over me completely. “Don’t leave this room until I’m back.”I wanted to protest, but he had already turned away. He called for Gamma Oliver, who had been s

  • Revenge of Flame Luna   Right Place

LuluThat purple mist started to thicken, curling in on itself until it formed a silhouette I knew all too well. She stood a few metres in front of me, wearing a white dress that drifted as if caught in some ghostly breeze.“Mum, is that you?” My voice came out rough, barely audible in the suffocating silence of the valley. Her face emerged from the haze, full of soft and warmth, exactly as I remembered her when she was alive. She didn’t speak with her mouth; her voice echoed straight into my head, gentle yet painfully sharp.“Lulu, my darling, just stop,” she whispered. She moved closer, but somehow the distance between us never closed. “You’re walking towards your own ruin. The Emerald Earth Pack won’t protect you. Your presence there will only bring greater disaster for you and your baby.”I froze. Elijah, asleep in my arms, suddenly felt heavier. Her words sank in far too quickly.“But Mum, I have to find my heart like you said,” I protested.“Come with me,” she said, reaching out

  • Revenge of Flame Luna   Don't Hold Me

LuluI’d already made up my mind yesterday: stay away from Alpha Caspian.Simple. Effective. A clean way to protect my sanity from the storm he carried around like an aura whenever he got within two metres of me.But apparently, in this massive pack house, Alpha Caspian had the annoying ability to

LuluThe magical grip dragging me into the centre of the room finally dissolved… only to be replaced by dozens of eyes burning into my skin—hotter than my own elemental fire. The ritual symbols carved into the floor still glowed gold-red, growing brighter as I was pulled closer. LuluI followed the trail with my breath caught in my throat. Four wet wolf prints slowly shifted into two human footprints. They led me to a small gazebo tucked away in the quietest corner of the pack house grounds, right in front of a swimming pool so murky it looked abandoned—algae everywhere, d

LuluThis time I went with khaki trousers, a long-sleeved blue top, white trainers, and a baseball cap low enough to hide part of my face. The sky was bright—far too bright—its sunlight warming my skin even through the fabric. The air in Sapphire Water carried a faint tang of salt mixed with the sw
