Jazmine's POV
I sat there watching Princess and the frog for the third time with a happy Aria in my lap, her eyes glued to the television as if it was her first time watching the cartoon.
"Jazzy look," She called out sitting up pointing at the TV.
"I see it, baby" I replied and she smiled gleefully resting against me once more. I had spent the majority of this month with Britt and Aria, well mostly Aria since I willingly volunteered to keep her whenever Britt was busy with work.

Brittany's POVI lifted the stool moving it closer to the wall, ready to finish decorating the rest of the room. We had to move the party last minute since there was a shooting a couple of blocks away from the venue I was going to use, even though it didn't result in the place Jazmine was offering me to use to close, she still had her fears that I understood completely, and with her paranoia I knew she would've never enjoyed herself if it was kept there.So I was currently setting up decorations in Jazmine's backyard which made me appreciate my girlfriend even more. I didn't really ask her to keep it here, she more so told me that this was what was about to be done because she didn't really want to spend her night with 'my perfectionist ass being irritated with small shit like glass rings on the coffee table'.

Jazmine's POVI stepped out of my car, the cold air immediately touching my exposed skin as my feet pushed through the snow. My gaze met Spain standing by the door and I sped up my pace walking over to him hating the cold weather."Aren't you fucking cold?" I asked, his calm and relaxed demeanor surprising as I pushed open the door wanting to get inside as quickly as possible."Of course I'm fucking cold but you're just extra," he replied chuckling and I smiled as we stepped into the building together."I thought you were going to bring Tyler with you," I pointed out referring to his son and my god-child as I removed my gloves, using them to erase the excess snow off my jacket as we continued down the hall.

Jazmine's POVI got up off the couch leaving Aria to play with the dollhouse I got her for her birthday as I moved into the kitchen where Britt was currently working on dinner. We had arrived home about two hours ago and-"You okay?" she asked softly a frown settling on her face and I nodded glancing over to Aria before moving my gaze back to her."Yeah, I'm fine,""Hungry?" she asked as I leaned against the island leaving my back to face the living room."I'm dying," I joked and she smiled moving to stand in front of me."You're so fucking dramatic" she pointed out softly, her gaze falling to my hip.

Jazmine's POVI dried my hand looking at the dishes I had just finished washing as I walked towards the room turning off the light on my way out. I stepped into the bedroom closing the door behind me as the sound of the shower echoed throughout the space. I immediately walked into the bathroom stripping out of my clothes quietly wanting to surprise her, my gaze appreciating her blurry silhouette showing through the glass.I slid the glass door to the side and she turned her head looking at me the puffiness of her eyes clueing me into the fact that she had been crying. Jazmine's POVI laid there in bed the confirmation of the love she felt replaying in my head word for word, my mind trying it's best to get used to the feeling, even though my heart was incapable of following suit. My gaze fell on her sleeping figure, her head resting gently against my chest as she slept peacefully, nothing but adoration in my mind.After the shower, she barely had enough energy to talk much less to stay awake, she had fallen asleep the moment we entered the bed her body wrapped in mine. My body was also drained but my mind wouldn't rest, the sight of her so broken before me was riding on my train of thoughts, with no intentions of exiting at the next stop.As tired as I was apart of me didn't mind staying up since I was blessed with the sight of her.

Jazmine's POVI opened my eyes immediately turning away from the bright light peeking through the window as a groan left me. The empty bed had my hand reaching for my phone, the time displayed letting me know she had left to drop Aria off at school.I also knew she would be home any second since she wasn't needed at the hospital until 5 pm, apart of me wanted to leave the bed while the other half couldn't muster up a reason why it was necessary, in the end, I decided to lay here until she came home.I quickly dialled Spain's number placing the phone to my ear as the events of last night flashed through my mind, the worry resurfacing as well."I was just about to call you" He spoke the moment the call connected.
