Jack’s POV

After Charlotte left, I went back to my computer and booked the holiday. I decided that we would bring in the new year on a tropical island.

“Do you not think it was odd that Grant was so eager to go with them?” Warren asked.

“What do you mean? He enjoys spending time with Charlotte”

“I know, that’s not what I mean. It just seemed like he had to go with them as he did not like the idea of Zac going”

“You think that he has an issue with Zac?”

“No not that, I am not sure what I think. I just think it was odd how keen he was to go with Ryan and Charlotte”

“I will talk to him later at the house and find out what is going on” I told him. “I don’t think it will be anything important” I decided that I better get back to sorting out the payroll while Charlotte was gone. Since she was helping me with the gift cards, we might be able to finish work early.

“Have you thought about getting tree for the house?” Warren suddenly asked.
