Chapter Sixteen

Reign could not understand why had happened that very minute. What on earth was going on? Anger welled up in her as she pulled away the garment with which he covered her face with. How dare he do something like that?

Reign was visibly upset but what she saw when she opened her eyes made a gasp escape her lips and sent shivers down her spine.

Her whole body trembled in fear. Of course, the little girl was a beauty to behold even though she heard pity in her eyes.

They liked her so much and some of the guards could not resist looking at her while some of them were more concentrated on the entrance and getting it.

Unfortunately, those who had stared at the young girl had burnt together with their horses.

The little girl was no where to be found. The other guards were left in shock as that could not understand what had happened that very minute. It was like time froze and everything happened even before they could realize it.
