I get into the bathroom and find my wife puking over the toilet. This should be disgusting, right?

Then why do I feel like kissing every part of her body?

I crouch down next to her, gentle tag her hair back and pat her back.

“You don’t have to stay,” she says before gagging and puking again.

“There’s no place I would rather be, My Love.”

She frowns at me. “Eew.”

I can’t help but laugh at her reaction.

“We are in this together, Babe,” I say with a lump on my throat. So much has happened between us, but we are still here and this baby is the stamp of our love.

She gets up, flushes the toilet and rinses her mouth before responding to me.

“You are very weird, Mr Booi.”

I chuckle before whisking off her feet. “We are pregnant. Babe, we are really pregnant!”

She wraps her arms around my neck and looks down at me in disbelief. “I told you this a few hours ago and you did not seem interested.”

“I thought you were too smitten and speaking in tongues.”
