Lucy’s POV

“Twenty and I’ll cook for you.” I watched his eyes flick to surprise for a second and curiosity as well. Little did he know that it was actually a threat.

“Twenty seconds then. What’s their number?” He pulled his phone out of his pocket and walked over to me, picking up the chain and wrapping it around the handle to the fridge.

“Why did you do that?” I gave the chain a slight tug, seeing that the handle could easily be pulled off if I wanted to.
