Once we were inside his room, he slammed the door shut loudly and let out a low, frustrated growl. I was a little scared to go close to him in this mood, so I stood with my back to the door and just watched him pace the room until his anger started to deflate.

    The following days passed in a blur. There seemed to be too much to do under very little time, and I would not have been able to hold it off, if not for Elsie’s help.
