Marcus’ POV

We were waiting for the king in the throne room. I grew tired of him since I realized he was not accomplishing anything significant. He’s probably fucking one of those pointless women as these unfortunate souls wait. They have no say. In the end, he chose them to be on the council, and thus they followed his orders. They will lose their heads if they oppose him.

He has grown frigid ever since he was informed he would meet his mate 600 years ago and did not. I gazed around the room at the men seated. I could see how impatient they were, but there was nothing they could do. He embodied the law.

“Gentleman, please permit me to go and fetch the king,” I stated, and I noticed their faces glowing.

As I approached his chamber, I heard a woman moaning, but I knew better. She will be unable to walk once he is finished with her. Philip and I are weary of escorting these women home. Women adore dashing males. They would not even attempt to entice the king if they knew he was carrying a snake between his knees. He does not pursue ladies; women flock to him simply because he is gorgeous. Only if they knew he was merely spending time with them while awaiting his Reina. He never fucks the same girl twice. When I entered his chamber, he was, of course, fucking.

“Your Majesty!” As he spanked the girl’s rear, I screamed. This man, the Moon Goddess, is not human.

Rex’s POV

“Your Majesty, this is the seventeenth woman you’ve humped today. Are you human at all?”

I don’t mind him watching me fuck all these disgusting women; he’s now used to it, Marcus, my loyal assistant, said. My rod, on the other hand, has been seen by the man numerous times while I hump deep into the woman in my chambers.

“What is it, Marcus? Have you lost your speech?”

“Of course not, your majesty; the council members are present.”

“Tell them to hold their horses; I’m busy.”

“However, you're high...”

“However, what? I am the rule of law. They came to my palace for a reason. Allow them to wait!"

Fuck Marcus!

I unleashed a snarl. Isn’t it possible for me to fuck a girl in peace? Angry, I yanked my rod from the woman in front of me.

“Get out!”

She was unable to walk. I looked at her boredly.

“Contact Philip. Allow him to take her home. How tedious. They all want to seduce me, but when they get here, they scream. They can’t take me in fully.”

I am aware that my assistant speaks excessively.

“Keep it to yourself.” I said

“Of course, your highness, if your dick wasn’t so gigantic, I’d say you were wasting your time. Naturally, I should keep this to myself,"

My assistant is without a filter. He has now been with me for more than 800 years. Actually, scratch that, I lost count.

“Inform them that they must wait. I have to douche.”

“Of course.”

Marcus’s POV

This man is never satisfied with fucking. I entered the royal room from his chamber and stated that he would be down in 30 minutes. The king has never been in front of the council. He observes sessions and appoints those he believes are qualified to serve on the council. Today is the first time these werewolves will come face to face with him. I can’t wait to see their reactions when they meet the man who appears to be in his late twenties or early thirties but was born eons before I was born. I chuckled quietly. I pray no one says anything, since that man is rude and shows no sympathy for anyone.
While everyone waited, the sound of loud, heavy footsteps approaching the royal room was heard. The room’s inhabitants had never visited the king’s palace. Philip’s meetings were always held in hotels. The screeching of chairs against the floor intensifies. Members of the council rose from their chairs and knelt with their heads bowed on the marble floor of the throne room. The man emanates a menace. Without even looking at the king, everyone was trembling. They were all frail in the presence of the monarch. One could sense his authority. One incorrect move and he would assassinate you. He sat on his throne like the monarch that he was.

Rex’s POV

“You are all welcome to take your seats.”

I could tell these elderly children expected an elderly man to sit on the throne. To be sure, I am elderly, far too elderly, but I do not age.

“Shall we begin?” I stated and could see they were at a loss for words. That irritates me.

“Are you going to all sit there and stare at me?”

“My Lord, pardon them; they are simply awestruck at your youth.”

“Did they anticipate a man stepping in with a walking cane?” They shook their heads,

“Very well, now I want you all to remove any alpha who is abusing their powers. An alpha should act as a father figure to his or her packs. If an alpha continues to abuse the title of alpha and you do not remove him from the position, I will punish you with death. If you see such an event and do nothing, I will murder you. You’ve been chosen to head the alphas. You are not to befriend them or to do them favors. I think I made myself clear.”

“My lord, yes.” They all said it simultaneously.

“All right, you may depart.”

Rex walked out of the room and returned to his chamber. He has never been a gregarious individual. He doesn’t have any friends. He communicates only with his two right-hand men. Marcus and Philip. For years, the man had been an angry man, yearning to meet his mate, his Reina. He despised himself for fucking around, as he had waited centuries for her.
